How to redeem your voucher
- Open the redemption website of the service provider: www.trendy-travel.de .
- Select “Register voucher” at the top of the page.
- Create your customer account and enter the voucher code from your HotelDealer24 email.
- After successful registration, you will receive confirmation and further information about the booking process.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, the validity period specified for your product begins upon registration.
Hotels and booking options
Depending on your voucher or annual pass, different hotel selections and booking options are available.
- View hotels with booking request and advance booking period
- Discover additional hotels available for online selection
The product description of your purchased voucher and the conditions of the selected hotel apply.
For many hotel vouchers and annual passes, the respective overnight stay is covered. A hotel-specific mandatory meal allowance is paid separately at the hotel and currently usually starts from €35 per person per night.
Local taxes or other local charges may also apply. The specific services, conditions and costs are displayed during hotel selection.
Would you like to give the voucher as a gift?
Please do not register the voucher code yet. Until registration, the code is neutral and transferable. Once registered, it is assigned to the respective user account.
